Fantastic clothing and accessories store! The interior decor of the store itself is gorgeous and they have a huge collection of clothes for men and women...extremely expensive though!
Very grand looking store, but it felt like a maze walking around the men's section upstairs. Beautiful and confusing. Stuff was quite pricey, and not many varieties of men's underwear.
Super cool store fit out which also smelt great. The friendly staff were very helpful.
The staff here are so helpful! The gentleman who staffed the fitting room was really helpful. He spoke English which was great as I am visiting and can't speak German. He was so polite and offered to help if I needed it. Then, the young girl on the till was so polite and happy, she also spoke very good English. She signed my email address up so that I got €10 off my purchase. Both staff were genuinely lovely and wanted to help. Thank you so much!
Great store with a lot of options and great location, directly in the city center. There 2 floors with all possible: clothes, flip flops, underwear, pajamas and so on. It is a good option to buy a present. Sometimes they also have sales inside the store. Also a member clubs which always give discounts and points in each purchase.
Nice store and assortment. The staff is more stuck up. I dont like the image of the people. Not sure who trains the A&F breed and attitude but for sure they would do much better if the staff would be more friendly and knowledgeable. But this is a disease everywhere around the globe the same in every shop i have visited so far.
Expensive. Often very full. Always very dark lighted. Always with the typical A&F fragrance. The departments are arranged like labyrinths. No escalator, just stairs. Maybe an elevator, but I haven't seen one - not sure if there is one for customers.
Very corrupt store.
There are items under 40% sale signs with tags with full price.
It's clear that the final price should be minus 40% of tags price.
When you clarify the price on a cash desk they tell you the full price saying that it already includes the discount.
I checked several items on an official site. And the prices are actually 40% less than the sellers tells you. And what the sellers say to be a price with discount is really an actual full price.
What they do I guess is making a refund latter and take the 40% amount.
Be careful. Don't fall for that!
Really nice shop with friendly attendants. Located on the sendlinger strasse about 300 metres from the Marienplatz or Rathaus. The interior decor and design is cosy and the shopping atmosphere wonderful. They have a wide range of clothing and perfumes. their clothing however are quiet expensive but their perfumes and body splashes are my favorite.
What a beautiful store. Come inside to take a look at the architecture and what they have done to this amazing building. The oil paintings, the staircases. Everything. The place is huge.
